Charles qualified with an LLB degree from the University of Botswana in 2015. He started his Career
from Minchin & Kelly (Botswana) in the corporate commercial division in 2016, where he practiced in
general litigation, mineral law, insurance and land claims and evictions. He was admitted as an attorney
on 17th November 2015. He joined M&K Financial Recoveries Division where he gained extensive
experience in credit management, mass debt collection and banking law. He established McErick
Attorneys in August 2019 where he continues to make strides in mining law, cultivation of industrial
and medicinal hemp, industrial law and mergers and acquisitions.
